Fulham’s Bid For Greening Was Not Accepted
UPDATE: According to Chris Lepkowski at the Birmingham Mail, West Bromwich have rejected Fulham’s bid for Jonathan Greening. West Bromwich chairman Jeremy Peace said,
“Contrary to reports this is the only offer we’ve received from Fulham … Jonathan is our captain and a vital member of the squad.”
“Therefore we didn’t give Fulham’s offer a second thought … It is derisory for a player of Jonathan’s talent and experience.”
July 13th, 2009 According to John Percy at the Daily Star, Fulham’s bid of £2.5million + Hameur Bouazza has been accepted by West Bromwich for Jonathan Greening.
