Hull City Agree To Sell Ricketts To A Premier League Team
According to ESPN Soccernet, Hull City boss Phil Brown said that the club has agreed to sell defender Sam Ricketts to another Premier League club. He told BBC Radio Humberside:
“We’ve accepted an offer from a Premier League club and it gets up to our evaluation of Sam. We have allowed him to go and talk to this club.”
As for which club agreed to buy Ricketts,
The Daily Mirror reported that Portsmouth made a bid for Ricketts.
The Lancashire Evening Telegraph reported that Bolton are the unnamed club.
