Jovanovic Not Leaving Club
UPDATE: According to Simone Bargellini at Sky Sports News, Standard Liege striker Milan Jovanovic will not be leaving the club in January. His agent Torsten Weck told calciomercato.it,
“The only contacts I have had are with the Germans and the Spanish club, Valencia, in the first place.”
“The player will not go anywhere in January, but will remain until June because Standard Liege have played in the Champions League and therefore Jovanovic couldn’t play for another club in the competition this season.”
November 19th, 2009 According to Peter O’Rourke at Sky Sports News, Everton and Birmingham are both interested in Standard Liege striker Milan Jovanovic. Jovanovic’s contract ends after the season so the club might decide to cash in on him in January.
