Chelsea Linked With Palermo Duo

According to Martin Lipton at MirrorFootball, Chelsea are tracking Palermo defender Simon Kjaer and midfielder Javier Pastore. Palermo are reluctant to sell any of their stars but a sale and loan back deal is a possibility.
